Sketch of MGG using some photoshoot pic as reference. I’ll try to dig up a link to the reference later.
Just proportion, blending practice. (Yeah, I know the proportion is a bit off, that’s why I need the practice.)

I don’t think Matthew intended to imply that psychological disorders aren’t real, just that he, himself, wasn’t suffering from one because his problem was a real physical problem, as opposed to a real psychological problem or psychosomatic response, as some seemed to be telling him at the time. Having degrees in psychology, but also having experienced a doctor basically telling me that what I was experiencing wasn’t a legitimate physical problem (it was later clearly documented that it was after another doctor bothered to have an MRI done), I certainly believe in mental disorders, but also understand Matthew’s perspective very well. I honestly don’t think he intended to imply otherwise but was justifiably frustrated by both not being able to eat and by what people were saying to him (as opposed to being high) at the time.
As for what disorder he actually had, during his appearance on the Craig Ferguson show, he stated the disorder was called Achalasia.

Seven seasons of Spencer Reid. Season five is still my favourite!
Season 2 is breaking my heart and seasons 5, 6, and 7 are all making me melt.
